Gratitude

Gratitude

Drawing on our celebration and joy has sustained me this past week. I have also noticed my practice of loving kindness and gratitude deepen.

This does not mean I ignored my feelings - on the contrary, I felt them deeply and gave them space. At times I allowed myself extra space and gentleness, especially around the frustration of things out of my control. This allowed me to soften, let go, and once more return to the present moment.

“Drawing on our celebration and joy has sustained me this past week.”

Rachel Podger

I feel so grateful for the joy and happiness of celebration that is alive within me. As I nurture this through my practice of loving kindness, I feel deeply appreciative for this moment in time, particularly this latter part of my life and what it means to celebrate all that I am grateful for.
